St.Augustine's tower , old Goa

          Church of st.Augustine is a ruined church complex located in old Goa .
         The church was completed in 1602 and is part of the world heritage site , churches
         and convents of Goa . It is one of the most visited tourist destinations in Goa .
         One of the most spectacular of all monuments in Goa , reproduced on
         innumerable travel brochures and advertisements is the st. Augustine's
         tower in old Goa . Every person comes to visit the tower can capture the beautiful
         sunset scene with the blue sky behind the tower in the late evening.

Reis magos symbolises the ' magi kings ' that is the 3 wise men . One can sit on the sand or rocks that are scattered and gaze at the Panaji city across the river with all its rush while you can sit calmly in this peaceful place and think about all the history, the battles , the victories , the religion and the traditions of Goa . Many locals come to the beach for fishing and enjoy fresh fish. The youth also come here to spend time along with their friends.
